Liliana Ferreira

Liliana is an experienced associate and integral part of the commercial litigation team at FIJ Law LLP. She is a fierce advocate for her clients and leads litigation for individual, corporate, and institutional clients on a range of legal issues such as employment and contract disputes, construction matters, and debt recovery claims. She has extensive experience in complex title rectification matters and property disputes. Liliana began her practice in estate litigation, advising clients on will challenges and power of attorney disputes. Liliana’s unique expertise in highly contentious matters and matters that are sensitive to relationship and reputational risk, allows her to take a balanced, practical, and efficient approach to litigation. With a sharp focus on advocacy and dispute resolution, Liliana works closely with clients to develop a broad litigation strategy specifically tailored to the client, as well as assisting clients to make informed business decisions. Liliana has successfully argued before the Court of Appeal, Commercial Court, Estates Court, and appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Small Claims Court.
