Amanda Maio

PRACTICE

Amanda is a dedicated associate in the commercial litigation group at FIJ. She provides practical advice and vigorous representation for individual, corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of matters including debt recovery, contract disputes, and construction matters. She has successfully argued and appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Amanda’s calm, cool and collected approach to litigation helps guide her clients through the litigation process with ease. She is committed to client service and to identifying and obtaining practical results that meet her clients’ objectives. 

On her off hours, Amanda enjoys cottaging, and exploring local restaurants.
